Across the board the one thing that you should always seek when interviewing agents in both sales and rentals is simple… It’s TRUST.

As long as the agent has instilled into you that they will look after you and your needs above all else and by the end of the conversation you feel they have been transparent across all topics and most of all your gut is telling you that it’s the right fit, then you may have just found the right person to sell or rent your property.

Remember trust is mostly built on transparency… Don’t be blinded by greed and think you trust someone because they’ve sold you a big number or offered cheap commissions. I’ve found over time that when I’ve lost business because of these two factors, sellers are the only ones who get hurt.

What we do isn’t small potatoes… We are entrusted with the keys to your house, in some cases your whole life is dependent on the outcome. Make sure you remember that when you’re deciding on who the person is you’re passing that responsibility too.
