Decisions that need to be made on your biggest asset should always be made informed. In order to make informed decision you need the facts, not fluff.

Something that I make sure I drill into our agents, is that from the moment you meet them, you’re always told the hard truths about your property. This means that there is no grey area, you have the exact information, positive or negative, to make informed decisions.

If the information we give you leads to you deciding not to do anything with your property because the numbers don’t add up, or the timing isn’t right, etc then that’s ok. It’s not all about listing, selling and leasing real estate. It’s about us doing the right thing and knowing that you are making the right decision for yourself.
