Everyday we go out and work toward achieving our sellers’ goals. A biproduct of what we do is the ability to have uncapped earnings and because we deal in such high numbers, our salaries can get up there with the best of them. It’s very easy for agents to be consumed by money and treat each sale as a transaction, I just think that it’s unfortunate if they never experience the other side to what we do.

Real estate is so much more than selling property. Actually, by the end of it all, properties are only one part of our job. Being trusted by someone to sell their biggest asset is, to me, the ultimate sign of trust. The amount of gratitude I have every day to have the ability to help people in their journey to the next stage in life, far surpasses any commission cheque I’d ever receive.

It’s just every now and then, we make a major change in someone’s life. An agent who cares, always works harder and makes sure that there are no stones left unturned. By caring, it means that we get the best prices. Sometimes the best price isn’t enough and then sometimes it can surpass your wildest dreams.

If every agent possessed nothing more than absolute gratitude to have the ability to be involved in these life changing decisions, this industry would be one of the highest regarded industries in the world. Unfortunately, our why differs from person to person. But from where I stand, I just want to thank everyone who has ever put their trust in me.
